We are thrilled to announce that the construction of the Kainake Project Resource Centre is well underway, with an anticipated completion by mid 2018. This project is funded by The Global Environmental Facility and facilitated by the United Nations Development Program.

The Resource Centre will provide the community with a space to undertake conservation training with an aim to promote ongoing conservation based innovation and entrepreneurship.

Over the past couple of years, it became apparent that the community required a physical space for exchange and ongoing dialogue in order to develop sustainable community solutions. Areas identified and currently being worked on includes vanilla farming (focusing on global value chains), eco tourism (bird watching tours) and volunteering opportunities.

Construction of Kainake Project Resource Centre is taking shape
